BGMI Kiaraa Character Release Date, Leaks & How to Get

Kiaraa is the first fully original in-house character created by KRAFTON India’s art team specifically for Battlegrounds Mobile India. Unlike earlier additions that relied on licensed collaborations or celebrity crossovers, Kiaraa was designed from the ground up in India for Indian players. She arrives with her own lore, a dedicated location on Erangel, a boss encounter, and a complete thematic collection. Her content goes live on October 8, 2026, as part of the wider BGMI 4.6 update cycle.

Players who update to version 4.6 early will not immediately see the new character, the Indian Bazaar, or the related events. Those features activate on the later date as part of the ongoing 4.6 content window. This staggered approach is common in BGMI when major India-focused additions are timed around festivals or seasonal themes.

Alongside Kiaraa, KRAFTON is launching the Diwali Prize Path, the first Prize Path designed specifically for the Indian market. That progression track runs from October 22 to November 15 and offers its own set of festive rewards.
